Finance Manager
🚀 Join a fintech scale-up that just raised €10 million in Series A funding, with a proven product, strong market momentum, and a front-row seat to shaping the future of compliance.
At Harmoney, you'll work on a product trusted by organizations such as Belfius, Baloise, AG Insurance, and Swiss Life. More importantly, you'll join a team that's ambitious, supportive, and genuinely enjoys building great things together.
As Finance Manager, you'll run and help build the financial engine behind Harmoney’s next phase of growth. This is more than an accounting role. You'll own the financial heartbeat of the company together with the CFO, while partnering with the leadership team to support its rapid European expansion. Currently encompassing two entities - one in Belgium and one in France - , the role is scoped internationally from the start.
If you enjoy combining hands-on execution with scale-up building in a fast-growing international SaaS environment, we'd love to meet you.
🎯 Your impact
You'll ensure Harmoney has the financial insights, processes and controls needed to scale confidently.
From owning the monthly closing process and cash management, leading the budgeting process to owning financial reporting, you’ll not only ensure accounting & tax compliance, but also provide leadership with clear insights into business performance and support strategic decision-making.
🚀 What you'll do
Own the finance operations. Lead the monthly close, management reporting, audits and statutory compliance across entities in Europe (Belgium and France today). Manage relationships with external accounting and tax partners.
Drive planning and forecasting. Lead the annual budgeting process and maintain rolling revenue, P&L and cash flow forecasts to support business decisions.
Partner with the business. Work closely with department leaders to monitor budgets, analyse performance and provide financial insights that improve decision-making.
Manage cash and financial performance. Oversee cash flow, working capital and banking relationships while supporting investor reporting and future fundraising initiatives.
Support strategic initiatives. Contribute financial analysis for pricing, investment decisions, expansion opportunities and M&A projects where relevant.
Build the finance function for scale. Help shape a best-in-class finance organisation that supports Harmoney’s growth. Improve and automate finance processes and systems, together with our business operations team.
